FOR RUG DESIGN ART: Payment is to be made when samples and measurements are sent with the rug design information. It is our goal to provide you with exactly the right design the first time. To do this we need to determine all of your requirements in the beginning. Excellent communication is vital to us and to you. We will speak with you by phone after you send us the project requirements and samples so that we are sure that we are on the same page.

Payment in full is due when samples and measurements are sent. In the event that you want changes after you receive the rendering, charges will be based on the complexity of the art. We will go over your change with you and discuss any charges with you before proceeding.

FOR PRINTS by ROBERT WILLIAMS, LaVerne Williams & TAPESTRIES by Maximo Laura: Sizes requested need to be specified and payment is to be made in full when the order is placed.
